A great opportunity to support the development of Network leadership skills that is on offer through NHS Improving Quality.
From Monday 14th September, an innovative Network Leadership Programme is being launched through a partnership between NHS Improving Quality (NHSIQ) and The Centre for Innovation in Health Management (CIHM) at The University of Leeds.
NHSIQ, CIHM, Health Education England and the AHSNs have been working closely together to make the programme available for a range of participants e.g. patient safety leads, leaders of clinical and professional networks, and other key leaders of re-configuration programmes, given their significant role in delivering the safety agenda across NHS England.
About the Programme
The evidenced programme has been developed in recognition of the important role that networks can play in driving sustainable change and improvement across the health and care system. It provides all the building blocks to support successful network leadership and as above, is designed to meet the needs of broad audience of health and care professionals, who have the task, ambition and interest to develop their network leadership capability, to support their network to strengthen their impact and value.
