“Simply establishing communities to cover the range of domains in a system is not enough; they must also function effectively. Communities generally need coaching and methodological support to reach their full potential.” (E. Wenger)
This Support Team are at the heart of the potential for growing the movement of communities of improvement practice. It is a seed for the possibility of an (informal) centre of excellence in community cultivation. Members support facilitators and their CoP members to develop and nuture their domain, community and practice.
Membership in the team is open and requires dedication to professional development in the art of cultivating communities of practice, and providing process support to the CoPs and the Co-creation Network, including fortnightly virtual meetings.
