What makes you interested in our network of Communities of Practice?

I work with a number of communities of practice committed to the co production of research and innovation for sustainable change and improvement in health and social care so that services and care are person centered safe and effective and based on the best evidence. An enabling workplace culture with good leadership is central to human flourishing for all and our work with Communities of Practice in health visiting , learning disabilities , mental health and nursing encourage the sharing of best practice.

Research themes include – older people , dementia, LTCN, urgent and emergency care , primary and community care , workforce modelling , mental health, learning and development, leadership
